A new feature to the blog... the Top 5.

The Top 5 Spiritual Influences in my life to date
(not including Jesus):

5. Gary Wright -- The speaker at Bethel College's spiritual emphasis week in the Fall of 1995. God used Gary to confirm what was going on in my heart. I made a public deceleration of my commitment to Christ as well as sensed a clear calling into full-time ministry during the week he spoke.

4. Ken Weeks -- He was my Youth Pastor. He saw me for my potential. It was Ken that told me, before I had truly entered into a relationship with Christ, that he thought I'd be a great Youth Pastor, and that I should consider going to Bethel College. I really don't know if I would have gone without his encouragement.

3. Terry Bley -- Mentor and partner in ministry. He brought me under his wings, challenged me, empowered me, and continues to do so. Dear friend, and continual encourager. I would not be where I am in ministry without him.

2. Janelle Prenkert -- She has been my partner in this faith journey for the past 6 years. She has shown me Christ in so many ways. She has seen me at my worst and my best. She has prayed for and with me more than anyone else. She is a spiritual giant.

1. Kip Prenkert -- My dad. His earthly example as a father has shaped my view of my Heavenly Father. I'd have to say I've had one of the best possible examples.
