Numbers

Some Numbers from the last few days:
107: The number of Jr. Highers and Leaders at Camp in Cincinatti

110: The heat index on the day that we were at King's Island.

2: The number of Gallons of water that I drank at King's Island.

4: The number of Jr. Highers who suffered from a significant amount of dehydration.

1: The number of Jr. Highers who were taken to the Emergency Room due to dehydration.

1 1/2: The number of hours I spent at a hospital trying to find my wife (who went in the ambulance) and the "1" mentioned above before finding out the King's Island staff had sent me to the wrong hospital.

100: The speed at which I reached while driving down I-71 to get to the right hospital (Just call me Ricky-Bobby).

3: The total number of hours spent in the ER with Hanna, Janelle, and Katelynn Miller.

24: The number of hours before all the Jr. High Students who weren't feeling well were back up going crazy!

80: The night-time temperature in the cabin that I slept in Tuesday night.

6: The number of miles I canoed with my 8th Grader buddy Tim Berkey.

0: The number of other customers at the I-Hop Janelle and I ate at last night after leaving Camp.

40: The number of employees at the I-Hop we ate at last light (it had just opened the night before).

11: The hours of sleep we got when we got to our hotel. (I can only imagine how wiped out the leaders that were at Jr. High Camp the whole time are).

100: The percentage of what all the above is worth of seeing Jr. High Students connect with Christ.

It was a great Camp! Big cheers to Jason, Rachael, Chris, SOAR Guys, and all the Cabin Group Leaders that invested a week in Sahara-like temperatures to the Cause of seeing Jr. Highers move from religion to relationship to spiritually reproducing!
