The Old Testament and Freshmen

For the past two weeks I've been teaching the Old Testament to Freshman boys. That's right, I just used Old Testament and Freshman boys in the same sentence. The goal is to give them a chronological timetable to the OT so they can better understand it when personally or corporately reading the scriptures.
Quite honestly, I've been blown away by the hunger for knowledge. They value the Word of God. They want to understand and believe in it's authority. They are intrigued by the story of God.
What are the effects of the Fall of Man?
Where did the languages and tribes and nations come from?
Can we prove that the Bible is truly written by God?
What did the people do to cause God to bring the Flood?

These are just some of the questions we've dove into (as asked by the students) in our two hours together.
So today's teens brains are rotting away?
