We're officially done with Day 1. Awesome day! Here's some of my highlights:
- Our Freshman guys won the JV basketball tourney.
- Our Senior guys came in as runner up in the Varsity basketball journey
- Skyler Stutzman won 1st place with his 3-D art.
- Kid's are connecting.
- In tonight's session, our focus was "Be Still"... which included an extended time of silence (20 minutes SH, 15 JH) with a time of direction on the screen. Powerful moment to see 1100 Senior Highers and 700 engaging in a listening excercise.
- Tim brought some powerful and thought provoking thoughts to us tonight concerning hearing God's voice.
My biggest highlight was our group time tonight. We met together with New Life Fellowship. Brad shared a little about the exciting things happening at New Life, then we took time to split up the guys and gals to pray together. I love it! One church all about the work of God.
