LABORious Day

Monday off... gotta love the Start of Summer and End of Summer Weekends.

Today's Labor Day festivities at the Prenkert household included...

• Sleeping in.
• A Bike Ride with the Terry and the Bley kids.
• Initial tilling and preparation for seeding of the back yard of the house.
• Complete gutting of the garage.
• Nap-time.
• Complete sweeping and decob-webbing of the garage.
• Return of non-trash items to the garage.

Tomorrow brings a trip to the dump to get rid of a pile of junk.
Thursday brings drywalling of bare spots in the garage, and painting of garage.
Saturday brings finishing of the backyard seeding project.

This is how your Septembers look when you spend three Summers on the road a little too much, and neglect the projects at home.

I hate yard and house work... but I love progress.
I also enjoy spending active time with Janelle in non-ministry settings.
