Since the addition of Katylynn to our family, Barnabas has become the protector of the house. Anytime she cries, Barnabas will look to us as if to say, "Do something to help her!"He continually walks up to her when she's lying in her bassinet and sniffs her. Not once has he been rough with her.
No real signs of jealousy either.
Now he has shown a fondness for a few of her things... he really likes formula, which has resulted in one destroyed bottle. He also has annihilated a snot sucker (I believe the official name is aspirator). He's also been caught sucking a pacifier on more than one occasion.

Do you mean "big brother" in the familial sense, e.g., Barnabas is a loving and caring big brother as David is the loving and caring big brother of Adam? Or do you mean it in the Orwellian sense, e.g., Barnabas is watching every move Katylynn makes and is programming her mind to respond favorably to his vast totalitarian regime?
Just curious.
Or, do you mean it in the "Zoolander" sense like black people because it means more...?
