Home sweet home!

We're home.
The Prenkert home is one larger.
Barnabas isn't sure what to think about this all. I can already tell he's not the biggest fan of crying.
I'm typing while Janelle and Katylynn get some long awaited (6 years) mommy/daughter time.

A little preview of some upcoming post titles...

Katylynn, I'm sorry but...
My thoughts on Unanswered Prayer Now. Has anything Changed?

But tonight, this passage of scripture, one of my all-time favorites, has taken on new meaning for me (from Today's New International Version)...

Romans 8:14-17
14
For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. 15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. [h] And by him we cry, "Abba, [i] Father." 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

You two (now three) rock! Thanks for being such a great role model to me. I can't wait to see you guys in December when I am back in town. Your daughter is one lucky girl to have such amazing parents as you.
