Janelle and I went to catch a movie this afternoon while we wait for "the call."We saw Dan In Real Life with Steve Carrell. I'm realizing that I kind, when done quarky and more from the perspective of the male, I like the Romantic Dramedy genre... actually I don't know if that is a genre, but I'm thinking of this movie, Stranger than Fiction, The Truman Show, etc.
Steve Carrell is tough to not picture as The Michael Scott from the Office, but he's a good actor. This movie made me laugh, made me think, and made me appreciate the life of the widowed father.
It's worth going to see with your significant other.
I actually leaned over to Janelle before the movie started and said, "You do realize this is likely the last time we will be able to do this without making special arrangements?"
Weird.
