Last night as I was on of the last people leaving the church. I noticed a WNDU news van in our parking lot. It seemed a little odd, but in the back of my mind I wondered if it had something to do with our team that has been in Kenya working at the Baby Center.If you've been paying attention to the news, you know that the country had significant riots break out concerning it's recent election.
That's why the van was there. Read and watch the story that ran last night here.
A couple of random tidbits... Katie Lengacher is one of our teens who is interviewed in the piece. Loved that the first thought out of her lips is what God is doing.
On a lighter note, at the end of the news piece, you will notice the one and only Jeff Simpson riding his bicycle through the church parking lot.

I have had fellowship with alot of churches in the last year thru my business.... but I'll tell ya there is NO body I am more proud of and blessed to be 'family' with as NMC.... what a blessing! :)
that lady doing the reporting talks really really slow. weird.
