The kind of email you love to receive

In the midst of the post-Kenya Night auction update and personal recovery session, I received one of those" emails. No, not "one of those emails" that you hate to receive; I mean "one of those emails" that absolutely make your day, week, month or year.

This one came from a current college Freshman who means a lot to Janelle and I. The paragraph that made me actually yell "woohoo" out loud!

I have finally decided on my major and minor which is exciting and a relief! It was something that I had been praying about for a long time, and I feel like this is definitely a good fit for me...I will be majoring in Biology with a Social Witness Ministry Minor and I plan on getting a Masters in Public Health which I want to use in the mission field someday! My true passion is in missions, and with a background in Public Health I will be able to help others in medical ways which I have always wanted to do as well!

Here's what's especially exciting to me. This student went on our IMPACT missions trip to the Dominican Republic and also played a vital leadership role in Maasai Night last year.

One of my most significant and consistent prayers is that we would see students from NMC move out and make a global impact for the sake of the Kingdom.
