Every NCAA Team Needs "That Guy"

The clock is winding down, and with 5 seconds or less to go, the game breaking play takes place. The three pointer. The steal. The fade-away jumper. Pandemonium breaks loose. The camera quickly focuses in on the bench of big play possessing team's bench.

And that's when you see "That Guy".

Everyone around "that guy" is jumping around with hands in the air.
Everyone around "that guy" is screaming.
Everyone around "that guy" has lost their senses.
But not "that guy".
Because every NCAA Team needs "That Guy" who stands strong, stretches his arms to each side, and holds his teammates back in an effort to make sure the joy doesn't spill onto the court.

Here's to "That Guy".

You beat me to it! Watching West Virginia last night I saw him. He was a real tall blonde kid, but what cracked me up was that he was holding everybody else back while he himself was about three feet onto the court! Gotta love college kids and the NCAA Tournament!
