Daddy/ Daughter Days

Janelle has been inspired by Brett Favre and came out of retirement this week. NMC Senior High is smarter than the Packers though, we decided to hold onto Janelle rather than trade her.

Janelle has returned to work at the church as our Senior High Administrative Assistant. She's working 2 days a week... Tuesday and Thursday.

With the return to work, Katylynn will be spending her Tuesdays with her Grandma Jeanette and Grandpa Kip. We're excited for my parents to dive a little more into her life. Thursdays are my day off, so I'll be getting a full day alone with my baby girl... exciting and a little freaky at the same time!

Classic moment already this morning... I was changing her diaper she'd worn all night, and decided it may be good for her to "air out" a little bit. We commenced with what has become known as "naked time" around the Prenkert home.

While the little girl played around, I hopped on the net. After a few minutes, an incredible smell had taken over our family room. From around the corner, Katylynn came crawling, and I noticed something on her foot. I also noticed a few brown splotches being left behind her. The smell got stronger. I think you get the picture.

So, Poops McGee is down for her nap and I'm finishing up the de-turding of our Family Room.

So goes the first day of Daddy Day Care.
