- Out of Control (Boy)... first album. first single released in Dublin.
- Gloria (October)... One of the better worship songs ever written, in my opinion.
- Running to Stand Still (Joshua Tree)... Bono's version of what someone told him a heroin trip is like.
- Bad (Unforgettable Fire & Wide Awake In America)... Best performed live (Wide Awake version).
- New Years Day (War)... might know this one, but if you don't, check it out.
- Van Diemen's Land (Rattle and Hum)... The Edge sings it. Eclectic, but I love it.
- Yahweh (How to Dismantle the Atomic Bomb)... Powerful.
- Wake Up Dead Man (Pop)... Their worst album. But a momentary glimpse into Bono's soul during a cloudy period.
- Peace On Earth (All That You Can't Leave Behind)... Such a great album with so many good songs; this one may get overlooked.
- Trying To Throw Your Arms Around the World (Achtung Baby)... "Every woman needs a man, like a fish needs a bicycle." Greatest (and oddest) lyric ever.
