Is it cold?

I was driving along today, and I wondered how long someone would have to lay out in the snow before they started getting a sunburn?
You know, the school system has to make up for snow days, but what about cold days? I say that's a whole different category, and therefore it should be simply taken off the calendar.
I bet if Jack Bauer was in Indiana right now, he'd find a way to kill the cold.
