Thursday Morning, Janelle and I head out for a vacation.
10 days in Florida, 3 in North Carolina.
As is customary on these times of travel, I make it a point to turn off the phone, log off the email, and shut down the blogging. The goal is to unplug from the hectic life of ministry and fully engage in my marriage and my soul.
From the blog standpoint, it's what we call a blogcation.
Now, here's the twist... it's going to be a blogcation for Derry, but does not have to be a blogcation for you, the reader. I had several posts sitting in the hopper to post on a down day... these posts are set to go up daily while I'm gone. In my absence you shall enjoy a few new posts to such popular series as Unanswered Prayer, Top 5, I've Never, and Youthministryism Monday. We'll likely take a week or two off from Youtubesday (collective groan of disappointment.)

You and your wife are in my prayers daily....and I'm working to find those Pete Grieg books for the beach!!
