Finally, a little story about our wonderful dog, Barnabas.
Whenever we're home, he's in the house with us. When we're gone, he goes out to our garage. The garage has a dog door that goes outside to a small fenced in area.Barnabas hates storms and loud banging noises. When we're gone, he doesn't get excited about being outside when these things happen. The 4th of July and surrounding days tend to be extra rough on him. This picture is of a door from our garage into our house that had been clawed at, bitten at, and slammed against by a sweet little black lab that just wanted to get in to where he thought we would be.
Obviously, we have replaced the door.

Seriously, the 4th and 5th graders class I work with just finished a study....I was looking for a one week guest speaker for this age group. Do you know of any around here that would be good and willing for next Wednesday? Any help would be appreciated!

I think it's funny that you have Random Shirts on in one of these random pictures. By the way, that 5-year-old is talented!!!!
