1. Hey Dude.
2. Cool? (it comes in question format... asking if everything is okay)
3. Does that make sense?
4. Do you understand?
5. ya, no. Or no, ya. (when someone makes a point and I agree with them. No idea why I do this, but can't just say ya).
6. I'm tired.
7. What if...
8. In theory...
9. How's my baby girl OR Hey baby girl?? (only said to one specific person, but it's said a lot)
10. Hey babe (also only said to one specific person... different from the person above, but both are pretty stinkin' precious to me)
