Janelle and I just watched August Rush.Um... wow.
Totally ridiculous, completely impossible on all levels, and I absolutely loved the movie.
With our NYGO trip last year, it was fun to see Washington Square and Central Park as two key locations.
Rent it, get lost in it, and have your faith and love for music renewed.*

I agree 100% with your assessment. When people tell me it's predictable and impossible I say, "Get an imagination and enjoy some amazing music!" I loved the movie, in spite of those things you mentioned.
You're the man. We should talk sometime in the next few years.
