Book Review - it

IT: How Churches and Leaders can Have It and Get It
This book has been sitting on my shelf since the Leadership Summit where I heard Craig Groeschel speak on the topic of his book. His presentation rocked my world pretty heavy, but I just didn't pick the book up and dive into it.
On my flight to Nebraska, I started reading... and I was done 3 days later.

You can read some of my thoughts on Craig's definition of "it" from Craig's Summit presentation here.

The first two sections of the book is full of insight and ideas on what it is, and how churches and leaders can get it. What rocked my world with this book was the third section, "How to keep it." Craig shares openly and honestly about a time where he had it and then lost it. He gives some insights on how to recapture it.

This is a great read, especially if you are a leader seeking to live and operate in the power and presences of the Holy Spirit.
